>> this is a plea agreement that we feel good about because we're going to get this person off the street for 31 years. >> lockner is expected to be sentenced on monday. the trough for one of the teenagers also in this case is set to begin that same day. now to the shooting death of ken harris. yesterday in court, the lead detective took the witness stand. he was questioned by the defense about why more detectives did not assist him in the case and he was questioned about the evidence obtained from the scene. he said the money stolen was never recovered. >> one of the nine u.s. military personnel killed in the helicopter crash in afghanistan was a graduate from the naval academy. brendan looney graduated in 2004

policy choices. as many as 50,000 troops remain to train security forces. the number of troops in afghanistan has increased. north korea and iran are still looking at improving their nuclear programs. there are no plans for further direct talks between palestine and israel. the toughest challenge still lies with the economic crisis. he still needs to focus on grabbing the attention on the americans who remain concerned about jobs and the midterm elections. mahmoud ahmadinejad is also back in new york city. he will address the general assembly this afternoon. reporting for wbal-tv 11 news.

i thought we would get for the drive time completely dry. that may not be the case. 80% of you will have a dry thursday morning commute. very summer-like temperatures. 60's to around 70 degrees. we can see something popping up on the satellite. this is just across the pennsylvania line. most of the activity is off to our west. this is the same front that winds through last night that triggered the thunderstorms and produced severe weather. it is still there right now. it will dissipate. we will keep a slight chance for a shower or thunderstorm in the forecast. that is even a possibility this morning. high temperatures, around 90. the average high temperature is 76. partly cloudy tonight. temperatures will drop back into

bob ehrlich pretends to be for the working guy... but he's not on our side. i thought i knew bob ehrlich, but then i found out... he raised property taxes on every maryland family... and business. he increased college tuition... by 40%. 40%. and i thought i knew bob ehrlich. he was against raising the minimum wage. made $2.5 million... working for a lobbying firm. $2.5 million? he's not really on my side. with this tough economy, we really need a governor on our side.
